1025 Toronto Sweets
1. A s’mores croissant from Colette. Their specialty croissants made for some of my favourite 2015 breakfasts. {@golightlyca}
2. Earl Grey gelato from Food Palace Gelato {@golightlyca}. Actually, anything Earl Grey. See also Northwood‘s Lady Grey Sour cocktail.
3. A black currant eclair created by a George Brown pastry student. From Sweetery, Toronto’s first dessert festival {@golightlyca}. Mini eclairs seem to be a thing now. On my 2016 list of places to try: Nugateau.
4. Strawberry rose liquid nitrogen gelato {have you ever heard of such a thing??} from Eative {@golightlyca}
5. A chocolate chip cookie from Maman, one of my new favourite bakeries {@golightlyca}
6. Always, Jelly Modern Doughnuts {@golightlyca}
7. Vanilla panna cotta with rhubarb and sponge toffee at Campagnolo {@golightlyca}
8. A raspberry almond croissant from Fika {@golightlyca}
